Chelsea's 4 Bells
Today Chelsea Fire rang 4 bells for a fire at 43 Eleanor St. for a fire in a 4 story brick apartment style building.
First arriving began an investigation of smoke in the building; but; command quickly called for the working fire. Shortly thereafter a 2nd alarm was requested along with cover assignments. As the coverage assignment hit the city they were redirected to the scene. Before it was all said and done the fire reached 4 alarms bringing in companies from Lynn, Malden and Boston to name a few.
Cataldo ambulance and Boston Sparks A-10 responded for rehab on scene.
Command request the American Red Cross for displaced residences.
Two firefighter suffered injuries while fighting the fire thier conditions are unknown.
