T-Bone and I ain't talking steaks!!
Early in the evening on Wednesday North Reading Fire Department responded to the area of the entrance to Job Lots on Winter Street for a report of a motor vehicle accident.
A a straight run down Park Street and along Winter companies where on scene in not time!
When the crews pulled up they found a T-Bone type accident. It appeared that there was not serious entrapment, the operator of one of the vehicles had to exit through the passenger side but was able to get out.
The Senior Officer C4 made his assessment and reported in that he had 2 patients for transport and will need a 2nd ambulance to the scene. Dispatch replied "It will be Reading P1" and with that you could hear it's sirens scream it's way down Main Street to the scene.
Both operators where taken to area hospitals for the common neck, back and chest pains associated with most motor vehicle accidents.
